Of course...out again. But alas! I have one more bill to pay and I shall buy one. Fun times. I think I've been way spoiled using dA with a sub (which I guess is call "premier account" now) that I almost can't handle browsing without one

So....many...ads...can't...breathe.....
My apologies for the lack up the updating. This time around I just feel like I haven't had much to say :/ Almost done with all my shoots of late...but have two more this weekend, haha. Which is good. I've been charging for shoots, but I've decided I should concentrate on building my port and not money. So if you're a clothing designer or make-up artist, I've got you covered. Models I'll selectively do TFP mostly because there are too many out there just BSing around. And for those who just want pretty portraits...you're still paying. Send me a message!
At any rate, life is good. I finally made my apartment look like I live in it!!! I'm thinking of taking pics to share if you're interested. Also this last weekend I had a friend from El Paso come and visit, which was super fun. It was great to reminisce. Happy times. And ROLL TIDE! We best LSU
Gran Torino

This movie was much better than I thought it would be, despite all the positive reviews and recommendations from friends. I imagined a movie with lots of gun fire, lots of fighting, etc. Which I don't mind, but that's just not my favorite kind of movie. Gran Torino wasn't like that. Yes, there was some of course, but not so much that it was overbearing. It was more focused on the developing relationships of the main character and his neighbors and how they've come to understand one another. remarkably done. Mr. Eastwood, I should have known, I shall not doubt you again

WARNIING: If you can't handle cussing or the use of racial slurs DO NOT watch this movie.
El Orfanato (The Orfanage)

Wow. Another movie that turned out different than I expected. I was thinking it was going to be a horror movie, but that is so not the case. I mean there are scary parts (I jumped twice) but that's not the goal of the film. Guillermo Del Torro I tip my hat to you. I absolutely love his twisted and creative imagination. He took a classic story (I won't say which so you can find out for yourself ;D ) and made it into something dark, scary, and oh so sad (I almost cried at the end), in a wonderfully artful Del Torro way. If you liked Pan's Labyrinth, you'll enjoy this as well. We'll just pretend he never made Hell Boy shall we
